Junbin YUAN is a young independent product designer and creative partner collaborating with MEERA LIGHT on the development of the A.SELECT collection. As the founder of his own product creative studio, he represents a new generation of Chinese original designers — thoughtful, experimental, and driven by a strong personal design language.

With a keen sensitivity toward aesthetics, materials, and contemporary living, Junbin brings fresh perspectives and bold ideas into the product development process. Jason, an experienced lighting designer, graduated from Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts with a major in architecture and environmental art before earning a master’s degree in design art.

He has worked with top firms like City Group and CCD, leading diverse projects across urban spaces, hotels, clubs, commercial areas, and private villas. With deep expertise in international hotel standards, project design, and on-site execution, he excels in creating human-centric lighting solutions that balance aesthetics, efficiency, and functionality.
