Ivan serves as the New Media Channel Development (NMCD) Officer, a key leadership role responsible for shaping and expanding MEERA LIGHT & M.HOUSE’s digital footprint. With extensive experience in new media, digital marketing, and content strategy, he drives the company’s online presence, ensuring it remains dynamic, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s vision.

Ivan spearheads the strategic growth and development of MEERA LIGHT & M.HOUSE across various digital platforms, leveraging cutting-edge marketing techniques, social media engagement, and data-driven insights to enhance visibility and audience interaction. Daniel serves as MEERA LIGHT’s Production Manager, bringing exceptional expertise and precision to the management of our lighting production. With a sharp focus on planning, coordination, and control, Daniel ensures every stage of the manufacturing process runs seamlessly, delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.

Renowned for his professionalism and execution skills, Daniel works closely with both management and production teams to maintain a smooth workflow. He prioritizes safety, cost-efficiency, and punctuality while upholding the highest quality standards that define MEERA LIGHT.

Liu has been an integral part of the Quality Assurance (QA) team for nearly five years, specializing in quality control management. He has extensive experience in supply chain quality management and product quality assurance, ensuring that all processes meet the highest standards.

Liu is well-versed in leading quality audits, with a strong understanding of lighting products and their related standards. His expertise extends to production and operational processes, as well as the material characteristics of lighting sources, drivers, metals, plastics, glass, and ceramics commonly used in lighting products.

Guided by his work motto, “ZERO tolerance for quality issues,” Liu consistently strives for excellence, making him an indispensable asset in maintaining the company’s reputation for top-tier quality.

As a Senior Regional Sales Manager, Wendy has extensive experience providing tailored lighting solutions for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects. Her expertise in both interior and decorative lighting ensures she selects the right products to meet client needs.

Wendy manages the entire project lifecycle, from inquiries and quoting to planning, execution, and project management. Her industry knowledge, strong work ethic, and proactive approach make her an invaluable asset to M.HOUSE.

Currently, Wendy leads the Saudi Arabia market, driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project completion. She also plays a key role in coordinating the internal team to ensure smooth communication and project execution, contributing to the achievement of sales targets and project success.

As a project manager and sales manager, Gary has quickly established himself as a vital member of the team since joining the company. Although his tenure is relatively short, his unwavering dedication, enthusiasm, and strong sense of responsibility have left a profound impression on everyone he works with. Gary’s ability to approach challenges with a positive attitude and a proactive mindset has made him a trusted partner for both colleagues and clients.

Gary currently takes the lead in managing the UAE market and others. A self-confessed lighting nerd, Andrew’s career in the industry began over 18 years ago in South Africa, journeyed through the UK and in 2010 brought him to Australia with a wealth of international experience.

He has completed his studies in exterior lighting, has a senior executive MBA from Melbourne Business School and is currently managing director of Type.F and sales associate of M.HOUSE for Australian and New Zealand.  He is also very passionate about giving back to those less fortunate to us and leads the ‘Liter of Light’ initiative in Australia & New Zealand. He is an inspired leader with a clear vision and strong focus on strategy, collaboration, motivation and empowerment.

Mohamad has built a successful career through extensive study and hands-on experience in project management, combined with his passion and tireless perseverance. These qualities have driven his success in some of the largest sales and marketing companies in Saudi Arabia, with over twenty years of experience, including more than 14 years in the lighting industry, where he has led numerous high-profile internal and external lighting projects.

Now, as Regional Sales Manager at M.HOUSE in Saudi Arabia, Mohamad leverages his extensive management skills, wide-reaching sales channels, and rich project experience to drive the company’s growth in the region. His deep industry knowledge and ability to effectively manage and expand sales operations ensure M.HOUSE’s continued success, as he focuses on customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding service tailored to regional needs.

Jack has been deeply involved in the building materials industry for many years, accumulating extensive resources and hands-on experience in project implementation. His deep understanding of the industry, combined with his strong execution capabilities, has made him a key figure in bringing projects to life with precision and efficiency.

As the leader of M.HOUSE Ningbo, Jack is responsible for overseeing project management across Ningbo and the surrounding regions. Lisa is an accomplished business development professional with over 10 years of experience. Prior to joining M.HOUSE, she worked for MOORGEN China, focusing on project sales and support for an extended period.

Now, as the Builder Channel Director, Greater China at M.HOUSE, Lisa brings a wealth of expertise in regional management, channel distribution, account management, and strategic planning. She plays a key role in overseeing sales and sales support across the Greater China area, with a particular focus on real estate projects. Her leadership and in-depth market knowledge make her an invaluable member of the team, driving success in the builder channel and strengthening M.HOUSE’s presence in the region.

Vincent is responsible for the market development of M.HOUSE‘s e-commerce channels. With his deep understanding of online sales strategies and market trends, he plays a key role in expanding M.HOUSE’s digital presence. His efforts focus on identifying growth opportunities, building strong relationships with e-commerce platforms, and driving sales through online channels. Jason, an experienced lighting designer, graduated from Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts with a major in architecture and environmental art before earning a master’s degree in design art.

He has worked with top firms like City Group and CCD, leading diverse projects across urban spaces, hotels, clubs, commercial areas, and private villas. With deep expertise in international hotel standards, project design, and on-site execution, he excels in creating human-centric lighting solutions that balance aesthetics, efficiency, and functionality.

Now as Chief Lighting Designer at M.HOUSE, Jason continues to drive innovative lighting designs, bringing visionary concepts to life with precision and creativity.

Justin is an experienced lighting designer at M.HOUSE, known for his deep expertise in both the creative design process and hands-on project implementation. With a strong track record of delivering outstanding results, his work has earned widespread praise for its aesthetic appeal and functionality. Justin’s attention to detail and ability to seamlessly translate design concepts into reality have made him a trusted figure in the industry.

Alex WANG has been dedicated to lighting design at M.HOUSE since graduating in 2013, bringing over a decade of expertise to the field. He has contributed to several high-profile projects, including the lighting design for the Mascot of the 2022 Winter Olympics, Wanda Commercial Plaza in Shijiazhuang, the Hebei Provincial Museum, and the Minsheng Bank Shijiazhuang Headquarters.

With a meticulous and innovative approach, Alex views lighting design as a problem-solving process that strives for perfection. His work blends creativity with functionality, enhancing architectural spaces with thoughtful and impactful lighting solutions.

Zuhair is the lighting design consultant for M.HOUSE in Saudi Arabia, bringing a strong background in electrical engineering and smart control systems. His expertise in these areas allows him to design and implement cutting-edge lighting solutions that integrate seamlessly with modern technology. With his technical knowledge and experience, Zuhair plays a key role in ensuring that M.HOUSE’s projects meet the highest standards of innovation, functionality, and energy efficiency. Walter, originally from Italy and now based in Spain, is a highly regarded professional known not only for his creative ideas but also for his practical, solutions-oriented approach. Walter is currently serving as the design consultant for MEERA LIGHT, where he provides valuable expertise in visual identity (VI), products design, and lighting solutions, helping to shape and elevate the company’s design direction.

Hazel, as the warehouse manager at MEERA LIGHT, plays a critical role in overseeing the efficient operation of the company’s warehouses across multiple locations, including Zhongshan, Ningbo, and other regional sites. Her responsibilities encompass the meticulous management of all material receipt and issuance activities within these warehouses, ensuring that operations run seamlessly.
