Warranty
Effective from the date of delivery to an authorized MEERA LIGHT distributor, this warranty applies exclusively to the LED modules of the product and is subject to the following conditions:
Scope of Warranty
This warranty applies only to complete lighting solutions where both the luminaires and matching drivers are supplied by MEERA LIGHT. If third-party drivers are used, or if the driver warranty period is shorter than the luminaire warranty period, the applicable warranty shall follow the shorter period, and MEERA LIGHT reserves the right to limit or exclude coverage.
This warranty covers only products purchased from MEERA LIGHT or an authorized MEERA LIGHT distributor, beginning from the date of delivery. The warranty is granted exclusively to the original purchaser and is subject to the following terms.
Usage and Installation Requirements
Products must be used, installed, and maintained in accordance with the technical specifications, user manuals, labeling, and instructions provided by MEERA LIGHT. Installation must comply with local regulations and be performed by qualified professionals.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. It does not cover:

Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, incorrect power supply, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

Issues caused by external electrical environments, control systems, or third-party devices.

Consumables, accessories, or components not supplied by MEERA LIGHT.

Normal wear and tear.
If a defect arises within the warranty period and is confirmed by MEERA LIGHT, we will, at our option:

Repair or replace the defective product with an identical or equivalent model; or

Provide replacement parts, which may be new, refurbished, or reliable alternatives.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide the commercial invoice and packing list proving the date of purchase and product shipment. Products claimed under warranty must be returned through the authorized distributor following MEERA LIGHT’s return policy.
MEERA LIGHT reserves the right to inspect the product and installation to determine whether the terms of this warranty have been met.
Special Agreements
If there are any special warranty agreements or terms mutually agreed in writing between MEERA LIGHT and the purchaser, those special terms shall prevail over these general warranty terms.
Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly provided herein, MEERA LIGHT assumes no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to installation costs, labor fees, loss of use, or other expenses. All terms and specifications shall be subject to the product datasheet.
Important Notice
• Warranty period and disclaimer stated on the commercial invoice and packing list shall apply.
• MEERA LIGHT reserves the right of final interpretation of warranty terms and conditions.
