M.BASE Zhongshan is ASCENDER’s principal industrial base in China, bringing together product development, manufacturing, central warehousing and sales support. Located in Zhongshan’s established lighting manufacturing hub, it connects design and engineering with an extensive supplier network, coordinated production and logistics. Our product and engineering teams work closely with designers, suppliers and production specialists to develop lighting products from initial concepts through material selection, optical and structural engineering, prototyping, testing and mass production. Quality control and supply chain management support each stage, maintaining consistency in design, performance and production quality. The central warehouse manages finished products, components, materials, samples and project inventory. It supports both standard collections and bespoke project requirements, coordinating storage and dispatch for international markets. Sales support connects our product and manufacturing teams with customers and partners worldwide. Through product information, technical coordination and order follow-up, the team helps keep project requirements, production progress and delivery arrangements aligned. These capabilities support ASCENDER OEM’s manufacturing and sourcing services, MEERA LIGHT’s architectural and project lighting solutions, and ZHONG/SPACE’s design-led lighting objects and collections. From the first concept to final dispatch, M.BASE Zhongshan provides the shared operational foundation behind all three platforms.

M.HOUSE Zhongshan is ASCENDER’s latest-generation Lighting Club, bringing together a showroom, a living brand museum, a partner workspace and a platform for design collaboration. It is a place to experience lighting, discover its development and explore ideas together. Through curated displays, product archives, project models and immersive installations, M.HOUSE presents the milestones and creative journey of ASCENDER and its three core platforms: ASCENDER OEM, MEERA LIGHT and ZHONG/SPACE. Lighting products, materials, technologies and project applications trace the company’s evolution from manufacturing and product development to lighting design, project delivery and brand creation. Visitors can follow the complete journey of a lighting product: from concept design, material research and engineering through prototyping, testing, manufacturing and quality control to warehousing and final project delivery. Each stage reveals the thinking, craftsmanship and collaboration behind the finished product. Established in 2025, the AI-powered Sound, Light and Multimedia Experience Center combines lighting, audio, visual content, intelligent control and AI. Immersive scenes and interactive storytelling allow visitors to experience how light shapes spaces and atmosphere. The Partner Workspace offers visiting clients and industry partners a place to work, meet and exchange ideas. Design collaboration brings together lighting designers, architects, interior designers, artists and developers for project discussions, material selection and product development. Product launches, technical demonstrations, workshops and exhibitions further support this exchange, connecting ASCENDER’s history with the ideas and partnerships shaping its future.

M.HOUSE Ningbo is ASCENDER’s regional experience and service center in Eastern China, combining a showroom, project support, regional warehousing and design collaboration. As the second-generation M.HOUSE prototype, it brings MEERA LIGHT products and lighting solutions closer to local designers, clients and partners. Architectural lighting, decorative luminaires and integrated project solutions are presented in curated, real-world settings. Visitors can experience light quality, explore materials and finishes, and understand how different products respond to specific spaces and project requirements. The center supports product selection, lighting discussions, sample reviews and technical coordination, providing a local point of contact throughout the project process. Its regional warehouse supports product storage and dispatch, connecting project requirements with local delivery arrangements across Eastern China. With dedicated areas for working, meetings and events, M.HOUSE Ningbo also provides a welcoming space for designers, clients and industry partners to exchange ideas and develop projects together. Product presentations, design discussions and collaborative activities connect hands-on lighting experiences with practical project needs, making M.HOUSE Ningbo a place to explore, work and build lasting partnerships.

Designers, clients and partners can explore selected products, review samples, and discuss lighting applications for residential and commercial projects. Working with our local distributor, we support product selection, project enquiries and technical coordination. Regional warehousing supports product storage and dispatch for local project needs.
