M.BASE Zhongshan is the principal industrial base of the ASCENDER ecosystem in China, supporting the development and operation of its three core platforms: ASCENDER OEM, MEERA LIGHT, and ZHONG/SPACE. Strategically located in Zhongshan, one of China’s most established lighting manufacturing hubs, M.BASE Zhongshan brings together product design, engineering development, manufacturing, quality control, supply chain management, and centralized warehousing within one integrated operation. By leveraging the region’s mature lighting industry and extensive supplier network, the base enables efficient product development, flexible production, reliable delivery, and strong cost competitiveness. Our product and engineering teams work closely with designers, suppliers, and production specialists to transform initial concepts into commercially viable and technically reliable lighting products. From concept development, material selection, optical and structural engineering to prototyping, testing, and mass production, every stage is carefully managed to ensure consistency in design, performance, and quality. M.BASE Zhongshan also serves as ASCENDER’s central warehouse and logistics coordination center in China. It manages products, components, materials, samples, and project inventory across multiple product categories, supporting both standardized collections and bespoke project requirements for global markets. More than a manufacturing facility, M.BASE Zhongshan is a fully integrated product and supply-chain platform. It provides ASCENDER OEM with flexible manufacturing and sourcing capabilities, supports MEERA LIGHT in delivering professional architectural and project lighting solutions, and enables ZHONG/SPACE to develop distinctive, design-led lighting objects and collections. Through the integration of creativity, engineering, manufacturing, and logistics, M.BASE Zhongshan forms the operational foundation of ASCENDER’s global development and long-term growth.

M.HOUSE Zhongshan is the latest-generation Lighting Club of the ASCENDER ecosystem and a living museum that presents the milestones, evolution, and creative journey of ASCENDER and its three core platforms: ASCENDER OEM, MEERA LIGHT, and ZHONG/SPACE. Rather than functioning as a conventional showroom, M.HOUSE Zhongshan uses a museum-inspired approach to present lighting products, technologies, materials, and project applications. Through curated displays, project models, product archives, and immersive installations, visitors can explore how ASCENDER has evolved—from manufacturing and product development to lighting design, project delivery, and brand creation. A key part of the experience is the complete journey of a lighting product. M.HOUSE Zhongshan demonstrates how an initial idea develops through concept design, material research, structural engineering, optical development, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, quality control, warehousing, and final project delivery. This allows visitors to understand not only the finished product, but also the thinking, craftsmanship, technology, and collaboration behind it. One of the most important innovations within M.HOUSE Zhongshan is the AI-powered Sound, Light and Multimedia Experience Center, established in 2025. By integrating lighting, audio, visual content, intelligent control, and artificial intelligence, the center creates an immersive environment where products are no longer displayed as static objects, but experienced through scenes, emotions, interaction, and storytelling. M.HOUSE Zhongshan also serves as an open communication and collaboration platform for lighting designers, architects, interior designers, artists, developers, clients, and industry partners. It is a place for product launches, design discussions, technical demonstrations, workshops, exhibitions, and creative exchange. M.HOUSE Ningbo serves as ASCENDER’s regional service and experience center in Eastern China, with a primary focus on the presentation, application, and local support of MEERA LIGHT products and lighting solutions. As a second-generation M.HOUSE prototype, it reflects the evolution of ASCENDER’s offline experience concept and creates a more complete way for designers, clients, partners, and users to explore and understand MEERA LIGHT. At the core of M.HOUSE Ningbo is the display of MEERA LIGHT’s key product collections. From architectural lighting and decorative luminaires to integrated project solutions, the space allows visitors to experience the design language, light quality, materials, finishes, and application possibilities of our products in a real environment. Rather than presenting products as isolated samples, M.HOUSE Ningbo showcases them through curated settings and practical applications, helping visitors understand how each solution can respond to different spatial and project requirements. More than a showroom, M.HOUSE Ningbo functions as an integrated offline platform combining product exhibition, project consultation, office, communication, and event spaces. It supports product selection, lighting discussions, technical coordination, sample review, and regional project delivery, providing a more efficient and professional service experience. M.HOUSE Ningbo is also a communication space for designers, users, partners, and friends of ASCENDER. It is a shared environment where ideas are exchanged, creativity is encouraged, and long-term partnerships are built. Designed as a warm and professional “third space,” M.HOUSE Ningbo reflects ASCENDER’s commitment to user experience, design innovation, and regional collaboration. The space also serves as a local point of connection for product presentation, project consultation, sample review, technical communication, and customer support.
